We are hiring one reliable and experienced CNC Operator & Cabinet Shop Production Lead to take responsibility for daily shop production.

This is a hands-on full-time position. Your main job is to turn approved drawings and cut lists into accurate, complete, organized cabinet and closet components that are ready for delivery and installation.

- Load sheets, remove CNC parts, label and sort all parts by customer job
- Operate the edge bander and check edge quality
- Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, closet units, and other components
- Prepare all parts, hardware, and completed components so each installation job is complete and organized
- Check for missing parts, damaged materials, production errors, or unclear information before delivery
- Communicate clearly with the design, delivery, and installation teams
- Keep the CNC area, edge bander, materials, and shop clean, protected, and organized
- Help reduce waste, prevent installation problems, and keep customer jobs on schedule

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of cabinet-shop, millwork, woodworking CNC, or similar production experience

- Experience with edge banding and cabinet-box assembly
- Ability to read drawings and cut lists
- Experience labeling, sorting, and checking components for customer jobs
- Reliable, organized, careful, and able to work independently
- Able to communicate clearly and ask questions before making an expensive mistake

Pay is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on proven experience, practical skill, quality of work, and reliability. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. The first 90 days are a paid probation and performance-review period.

The successful candidate must complete a paid practical shop trial and provide references before a final offer.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week

Benefits

- On-site parking

Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Application question(s):
- Which woodworking CNC machine and controller have you operated? Please describe what you personally did during a normal production day.
