This hands-on position revolves around ensuring top-notch service availability and performance for our global customers. You will work closely with contemporary platforms and develop automation for production operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer excellence meeting all service level agreements
- Collaborate within a dynamic engineering team
- Deploy and support various applications and services
- Troubleshoot system performance and application health

- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments
