As a Co-op, Tax [MTax Winter 2027] some of your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver domestic and international tax compliance, planning, and advisory services by analyzing complex tax issues, legislation, tax provisions, and jurisprudence.
- Prepare and review corporate, personal, partnership, and trust tax returns, as well as income tax provisions under ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP.
- Manage Canadian tax compliance and foreign reporting requirements, including surplus accounts, T106, T1134, T1135, NR4 filings, and withholding taxes.
- Research, analyze, and resolve tax matters, preparing technical recommendations and communicating with clients, internal teams, and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
- Support year-end tax planning, transaction structuring, tax due diligence, and the sale or acquisition of Canadian entities.
- Collaborate with Canadian and global colleagues to develop tax-efficient strategies for multinational organizations, including inbound and outbound international tax advisory project

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity.

To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $57,000–$63,000 in Mississauga, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
