Application deadline: Friday, October 2 Selected applicants will be notified by Monday, October 5 and invited to attend our Coach Recruitment Day on Saturday, October 17 .

- Passionate about fitness, training, and helping others
- Confident leading groups and creating energy




- Curious and committed to continuing their education
- Reliable, qualified, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with all ages and fitness levels
- Aligned with OA’s values of inclusivity and performance excellence
- Ready to bring energy, intention, and personality to every session

Qualifications

- Certified fitness professional (CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Personal liability insurance
- 1–2 years of group training experience
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
