The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced Product Coach to support a large-scale transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who has personally participated in complex Product and Agile transformations within large enterprise environments and understands the realities of organizational change. The successful candidate will partner with product teams, delivery teams, and senior leaders to strengthen product capabilities, improve decision-making, and help organizations move from project-based delivery toward true product thinking.
This is not a traditional Agile coaching role focused primarily on ceremonies. Instead, the Product Coach will drive improvements in product strategy, product discovery, prioritization, operating models, delivery effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Product Transformation & Coaching
- Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams on modern product management practices.
- Support the transition from project-centric delivery models to product-oriented operating models.
- Help define product ownership, accountability, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks.
- Guide teams in balancing product discovery, delivery execution, technical priorities, and business outcomes.
- Assess current product practices and recommend pragmatic improvements.
- Help teams progress beyond Agile ceremonies toward greater autonomy and product maturity.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Support Product Managers in translating business strategy into product vision, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Strengthen discovery, validation, and customer-centric decision-making practices.
- Improve prioritization approaches based on customer value, business impact, risk, and technical considerations.
- Coach teams on establishing and using OKRs, KPIs, product metrics, and outcome-based measurements.
- Strengthen alignment between strategy, roadmaps, delivery activities, and measurable business value.
Large-Scale Transformation
- Contribute to transformation initiatives spanning multiple products, teams, business units, and portfolios.
- Partner with senior leaders to evolve organizational structures, governance approaches, funding models, and operating practices.
- Identify systemic obstacles impacting product team effectiveness.
- Establish consistent and scalable product practices while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Support change management and adoption efforts across teams with varying levels of Product and Agile maturity.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Technology, and Business leaders.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Challenge existing practices constructively and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop sustainable internal product capabilities that remain effective beyond the coaching engagement.
- Foster alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, User Experience, Data, and Business functions.
What You Bring to the Table
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Coaching, Agile Transformation, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Coach, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, Transformation Lead, or similar role.
- Experience participating in at least one large-scale Product and/or Agile transformation within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong experience coaching Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Deep understanding of Product Operating Models and the transition from project-based funding and delivery to product-based operating structures.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity, ambiguity, and resistance to change.
- Comfortable working with both executive leaders and delivery teams.

Ce rôle ne consiste pas principalement à animer des cérémonies Agile. Le Product Coach contribuera à l'évolution des pratiques en matière de stratégie produit, de découverte produit, de priorisation, de modèles opérationnels, d'efficacité de livraison et de création de valeur mesurable.
Ce que vous ferez
Transformation produit et accompagnement
- Accompagner les Product Managers, Product Owners, leaders de livraison et équipes multidisciplinaires dans l'adoption de pratiques modernes de gestion de produit.
- Soutenir la transition d'un modèle orienté projets vers un modèle opérationnel orienté produits.
- Contribuer à la définition des responsabilités, de la gouvernance et des mécanismes de prise de décision associés aux produits.
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'équilibre entre découverte, livraison, priorités technologiques et résultats d'affaires.
- Évaluer les pratiques existantes et recommander des améliorations pragmatiques.
- Favoriser l'évolution vers une plus grande autonomie et une meilleure maturité produit.
Stratégie et exécution produit
- Soutenir les Product Managers dans la traduction de la stratégie d'entreprise en vision produit, objectifs, feuilles de route et résultats mesurables.
- Renforcer les pratiques de découverte et de validation produit.
- Améliorer les processus de priorisation basés sur la valeur client, l'impact d'affaires, le risque et les considérations techniques.
- Accompagner les équipes dans la définition et l'utilisation d'OKR, KPI et indicateurs de performance produit.

- Identifier les obstacles systémiques qui limitent l'efficacité des équipes produit.

- Soutenir l'adoption du changement auprès d'équipes présentant différents niveaux de maturité Agile et Produit.
Leadership et gestion des parties prenantes
- Agir à titre de conseiller de confiance auprès des leaders Produit, Technologiques et d'Affaires.
- Animer des ateliers réunissant des intervenants de différents niveaux organisationnels.
- Remettre en question les pratiques existantes de manière constructive et proposer des recommandations concrètes.
- Développer des capacités internes durables afin d'assurer la pérennité des améliorations.
- Favoriser l'alignement entre les équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Architecture, UX, Données et Affaires.
Ce que vous apportez
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de produit, coaching produit, transformation Agile ou domaines connexes.
- Expérience confirmée comme Product Coach, Product Manager principal, Product Lead, responsable de transformation ou rôle similaire.
- Participation démontrée à au moins une transformation Agile ou Produit d'envergure au sein d'une organisation complexe.
- Solide expérience en accompagnement de Product Managers et Product Owners.
- Excellente compréhension des Product Operating Models et de la transition vers une organisation orientée produits.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, animation, influence et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes, ambigus et en transformation.
- Aisance à interagir autant avec les dirigeants qu'avec les équipes de terrain.
