- Steward and improve coaching and facilitation practices
- Lead recruitment and quality management of external coaches




- Design capability-building initiatives for practitioners
- Facilitate development experiences for clients
- Mentor team members to support practice growth Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years in leadership development and coaching
- ICF-credentialed Executive Coaching and Team Coaching certification
- Expertise in coaching and team effectiveness practices
- Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders Influence organizational success through leadership development and innovative coaching at BBA.
