What You’ll Do

Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and discuss payment options

Follow up on outstanding balances and work toward successful recovery

Research customer information and perform basic skip tracing when required

Maintain accurate account notes and customer history in the collections system

Follow client guidelines and company procedures

Work toward individual and team collection targets

Review accounts and determine appropriate next steps for recovery

Prepare documentation when accounts require further action

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collection goals

What You Bring

Previous collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience

High school diploma required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Professional and confident when communicating with customers

Motivated by achieving goals and earning commission

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Paralegal education is an asset, but not required

What’s Offered

$43,000–$45,000 annual salary + uncapped commission
