Our client is an established, niche, advisory firm providing strategic risk management, insurance, and reinsurance advisory services to a national client base. The firm is seeking a Commercial P&C; Insurance Consultant to support client engagements with P&C; subject matter expertise and hands‑on relationship management. This is a client‑facing role combining consulting delivery, account management, and reinsurance program support, working closely with the firm's actuarial and consulting teams.

It's well suited to someone coming from an Account Executive, Account Management, or Broking background who is comfortable owning client relationships and driving engagements forward once a mandate is in place. Manage client projects and engagements secured by the business development team, from kickoff through delivery Develop client consulting proposals and reports tailored to specific engagements Manage client relationships and coordinate internal resources through engagement delivery, including outreach, meeting coordination,



and follow‑up Provide P&C; subject matter expertise and guidance to internal actuarial and consulting teams Help identify new client risk consulting and program management opportunities Contribute commercial insurance expertise to planning for recent business opportunities Support new and expanded business development activities Support reinsurance placements and help manage emerging placement requirements Manage reinsurer communications and present market findings to clients Help assess and develop new reinsurance market capacity as needed Solid working knowledge across commercial property & casualty insurance coverages ~ Good research skills, with the ability to ask strategic questions, build network connections, and gather key insights across primary and reinsurance markets ~ CIP, CRM, or CAIB designation an asset ~5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience #
