We are looking for a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing property maintenance team.

You will visit strata and commercial properties, connect with property managers, generate qualified leads, and help bring new business to A.N.A. Property Maintenance.

- Build relationships with property managers and clients.
- Schedule estimates and follow up with leads.
- Help grow company sales.

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.
- Reliable vehicle required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable approaching recent clients.
- Sales experience is an asset.

Compensation
- Hourly wages.
- Extra pay for qualified leads.
- Bonus for every job sold.
- Potential to earn $50,000–$60,000 annually based on performance.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
