Boardwalk in Edmonton is seeking a hands-on site coordinator dedicated to excellent customer service and community building. You will manage daily operations, lease and show suites, coordinate repairs, and supervise site tasks to meet NOI targets while ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities include vacancy control, rent collection, contractor coordination, administrative duties, and robust communication with Associates.
