With over five years of experience required, you’ll translate business needs into effective compensation solutions while partnering with HR and Finance. Contribute to key compensation cycles, job evaluations, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute annual compensation cycles and merit increases
- Design and govern base salary and incentive programs




- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture
- Perform market benchmarking and competitiveness analyses
- Partner with HR Business Partners for program implementation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years in compensation within a multi-country organization
- CHRP or CCP designation is an asset
- Experience in asset management is preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, especially Workday
