Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will bring precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency to concrete projects, ensuring durable and high-quality finishes on a variety of structures. Your expertise will help transform raw materials into finished surfaces that meet project specifications and safety standards.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare concrete forms using carpentry skills, ensuring proper alignment and stability for pouring.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to mix, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
- Install rebar reinforcement accurately according to design plans to strengthen concrete structures.
- Apply finishing techniques such as smoothing, troweling, and texturing to achieve desired surface quality.
- Perform restoration work including crack repair, surface cleaning, sealing, caulking, and masonry repairs.




- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in concrete finishing, masonry, or related construction roles with a strong understanding of concrete forming and finishing techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery confidently.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate project execution.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, drywall installation, flooring methods, and renovation processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to follow detailed instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Construction experience that includes working with schematics, restoration projects, and general building practices.
