To learn more about Uptime Industrial and the core values that shape the company today, visit Reporting to the Mechanical Department Manager, the Apprentice Millwright will work across a variety of projects and teams, supporting new installations, maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades in industrial environments throughout the Lower Mainland. Travel to industrial customer sites across the Lower Mainland
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, alignment, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, including pumps, fans, ovens, and conveyors
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and install mechanical equipment
- Identify potential hazards, assess risks,
and follow established safety procedures and regulations
- Work collaboratively with Journeyperson Millwrights and other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who has completed their Level 2 Millwright Technical Training and has hands‑on experience working in industrial environments. You’re eager to grow and advance your career as a Millwright through hands‑on learning, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of projects. Successful completion of Level 2 - Millwright Apprenticeship
- Owns personal hand tools and approved footwear
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and has reliable transportation;
Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, or recycling facilities is considered an asset;

Wage: $28.00-38.00 per hour Please note - the listed hourly rate is dependent on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
