Responsibilities

Assist the Construction Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis.

Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Help manage existing client accounts by providing timely follow-up, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Contribute to marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional activities, preparing sales materials, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track leads, update client information, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.

Participate in negotiation processes by preparing proposals, assisting with pricing strategies,



and supporting contract discussions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between project management, marketing, and sales departments for smooth project execution.

Experience

Previous experience in construction sales or a related field is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals confidently.

Demonstrated business development capabilities with a focus on expanding client portfolios and increasing revenue streams.

Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies within the construction or building materials industry.

Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
