You are an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Consultant with 5+ years' experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment.
As a Quantity Surveyor/Consultant you will be involved in:
Manage the development of cost estimates for projects from concept through execution Analyse tender returns to ensure the client receives value for money Engage in value engineering discussions to identify the best solution available for the client Provide input on contract commercial matters Benchmark for validation and target-setting on major projects Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages Work in project teams to ensure the clients goals are managed and achieved 5+ years of experience in cost estimating positions across all project phases ~ A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Construction Management or a relevant subject ~ Membership in relevant professional organizations is a bonus (CIQS/RICS) ~ 100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services) ~ Health spending account, to top up expenses not covered in the benefits program ~ Access to a range of online learning tools, and support for career development and growth ~ We believe in work-life balance, so you can recharge and take care of what matters most with vacation, flex and sick days ~ A flexible, hybrid work approach that allows colleagues to find balance between their professional and personal lives ~ To support this we promote a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.
