Job Overview The Content & Social Coordinator manages organic social media and content strategy across all three MHRA brands. The role leads creative meetings and content shoots, oversees social calendars, tracks KPIs and performance, manages boosting budgets, develops influencer opportunities, and handles daily community engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
- Lead bi-weekly MHRA Creative Meetings, including agendas, creative direction, priorities, and next steps.
- Develop and oversee organic content plans across all three MHRA brands.
- Review and approve monthly social content calendars across all three brands, ensuring content aligns with brand strategy, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Identify content opportunities, trends, and creative concepts that can be adapted for each brand.
- Plan and lead organic content shoots across all three brands and social channels.
- Coordinate content needs, shot lists, creative direction, and production requirements for organic shoots.
Strategy, Reporting & Insights
- Own social media strategy and performance across all three brands.
- Track and report on key social KPIs through weekly KPI scoreboards.
- Prepare monthly end-of-month KPI decks with performance insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Use performance data to inform future content, creative direction, and channel strategy.
- Stay up to date on platform trends, audience behaviour,
and emerging content formats.
Content Boosting & Budget Management
- Recommend which organic content should receive paid support based on performance, objectives, and audience relevance.
- Manage weekly social boosting budgets and monitor spend and performance.
Influencer & Community Strategy
- Lead influencer strategy, identifying opportunities that complement the brands' content and social objectives.
- Help guide influencer content to ensure it feels natural and adds value to the brands' organic presence.
- Maintain a daily pulse on community activity across social channels through community management, responding to relevant comments, questions, and conversations.
- Identify recurring feedback, audience interests, and community insights that can inform content and marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, community management, or a similar role.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands.
- Experience managing comments, DMs, mentions, and online communities in a professional setting.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Rella, Asana
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple brands, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
