This key role entails collaborating with Leadership and Operations to execute Lean projects aimed at reducing expenses and optimizing processes. You will leverage your experience in manufacturing, a passion for customer service, and a desire for managerial growth to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and cost
- Analyze plant KPIs to identify process inefficiencies




- Develop and implement Lean strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage CI plans and budgets to boost operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 5-7 years leading business transformation
