VIA Rail Canada is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as lead counsel for the negotiation, approval, and management of contracts within the Legal Services team in Montreal. You will review, negotiate and approve complex contracts, advise business units on legal and commercial risks, and coordinate with external counsel as needed.

The role requires seven years as a Barreau du Québec member, strong qualified ethics, and exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, and dispute management,
