WestRock Company in Canada is seeking a Converting Supervisor to oversee secure, efficient operations on the Corrugated Container line. You will supervise production, coach team members, and drive performance against KPIs while ensuring quality and adherence to safety policies.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of supervisory experience in packaging, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma. You will lead shift activities, support continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions
