Main Lodge

Kitchen, Blue River, BC Seasonal, Full-Time Must prepare high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. Will be required to work early morning shifts, with live interactive stations. Ensuring the highest level of quality and presentation of meals for guests.



Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the entire kitchen. Follow all health and safety regulations and control all waste. Check fridge, inventory, and prep list daily.

Bavarian House

Breakfast prep if necessary. Help with dinner prep of salad bar, leaf salads, oysters, and mussels as needed. Must be punctual for work shift. Maintain absolute professionalism when on shift, company property and when in the presence of guests.
