Our client, a Canadian industrial maintenance company, is seeking an operations coordinator for a 6- to 8-month project to be carried out in Sainte-Sophie.

Work location: Sainte-Sophie

Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasionally Saturday), 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; availability for overtime; minimum 40 hours per week

Salary: $35–$40 (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the project’s progress and follow up with stakeholders.
- Synthesize information, draft content, and prepare presentations
- Collaborate with management and relevant teams to structure initiatives and propose appropriate solutions
- Draft and finalize project-related documents and reports
- Facilitate meetings
- Plan, organize, and lead activities necessary to achieve objectives
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with performance metrics
- Participate in the continuous improvement of practices and propose initiatives
- Actively contribute to the development of project management tools and methodologies.
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, etc.)
