- Support and coach Crew Scheduling Coordinators daily
- Monitor and resolve crew scheduling operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with crew agreements and regulations

- Oversee crew travel and accommodation booking quality Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Three years in crew management or airline operations
