Aramark offers a 14/14 work rotation schedule. Employees are provided with meals and accommodation in a private room. Washer and dryer facilities are available. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours worked.

Organize and supervise the daily preparation of meals according to the established menu, while ensuring quality standards and timelines are met. Cook and prepare a variety of food items following production guidelines and standardized recipes. Manage kitchen operations (staff, inventory, and ordering as required).

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, consumers, clients, colleagues, and others. Ensure the quality of food services and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation programs. 3 to 4 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry. ~ Strong culinary foundation (asset). ~ Experience working in a remote camp environment (asset). ~ Medical and life insurance.
