Position Overview

Here at Human Appeal Canada we have an exciting opportunity for a Donor Care Advisor to join our team based in Mississauga, Ontario. This is an in-person position. You will join us on an hourly basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $19 CAD per hour. This role is a current and ongoing position.

As Donor Care Advisor, the successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the relationship with Human Appeal’s new and existing donors. Ensuring transparent communication is provided when updating them on how their donation has been spent through explanation of Human Appeal’s local and international projects and courteously endorsing their continued contribution.





Candidate essential criteria

- Receive feedback from donors
- Provide good customer service
- Increase donor donations
- Retains donors who may be thinking of moving to another Charity
- Pass on calls to the appropriate departments for enquiries
- High School Standard or above.
- No Experience required
- MS Office Suite
- Fluent English, other languages a bonus
