Metro Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to respond to inquiries, process orders, and handle complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. You will manage phone duties, greet visitors, schedule, and perform clerical duties as directed by supervision.

The role requires two-year college or equivalent experience, 2 years of office/warehouse experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
