AX Pharmaceutical Corp. is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with our Sales team and multiple internal departments to ensure customer requests, orders, account information, and follow-ups are properly coordinated and communicated throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate customer requests, orders, account updates, and follow-up activities
- Serve as an internal point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and other departments
- Maintain accurate customer records, orders, requests, account information, and communication history
- Assist Sales representatives by providing customer information, account history, order status, and follow-up opportunities
- Coordinate internally to help address customer inquiries and resolve order or account-related issues
- Process and coordinate orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and other customer requests when applicable




- Maintain CRM workflows and ensure customer and account information is accurate and up to date
- Track customer lifecycle stages, including new leads, active customers, inactive customers, and returning customers
- Generate CRM reports and review customer data to identify trends, follow-up needs, and business opportunities
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach programs
- Identify potential opportunities for customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling and communicate them to the Sales team
- Ensure customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies

Previous experience is not required. Training will be provided.
