Branded Bites Inc. is a bakery specializing in custom branded (and delicious) cookies, chocolates, and candy packages sold through various wholesale and retail channels. We focus on providing high quality, unique items customized with our clients’ logos either directly on the food itself (using our edible ink printer) or on the outer packaging.

Our team is a small group of highly dedicated, motivated, and supportive individuals working hard to bring the company forward. We work together, and often wear several hats to ensure we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. We also enjoy free cookies and treats - it’s “product testing” after all.

About you

We’re currently on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative. The role includes responding to general customer inquiries, working with clients to accept orders, coordinating with marketing and production teams, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and finds enjoyment in helping clients and working as a team.

Responsibilities will Include

- Customer Service - Managing and assisting recent and existing clients, primarily through telephone and e-mail
- Order Processing - Processing new and ongoing orders and completing associated administrative tasks
- Order Management - Coordinating and communicating with production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely completion
- Marketing & Sales - Providing input to marketing and sales teams for new and ongoing promotions and communications
- Design (not required) - Creating mock-ups and proofs of clients’ orders using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or communicating clients' needs with our designers

Ideal candidates should have the following traits and skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and problem solve as required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience with Adobe Photoshop is an asset, but not required
