Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Voice of Customer Specialist to transform customer feedback into actionable insights and drive CX improvements across touchpoints. You will lead CX measurement programs, design surveys, and activate insights for multiple business lines.

The role reports into the CRM structure and requires robust data storytelling abilities, experience with Qualtrics and SPSS, and bilingual French/English collaboration to influence senior leaders.
