About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary data expert during implementation projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients.

Your responsibilities will include identifying data requirements, designing and executing efficient data migration processes, and advising clients on establishing repeatable ETL workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a keen business acumen to support our clients' needs effectively. Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience manipulating datasets using Python
- Proficiency in creating and managing API requests
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL, and project management software




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with developers, data scientists, product managers, and business leaders
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, Sage, SAP, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of ETL processes, data lakes, data profiling, mapping, modeling, and analytics
- Proficiency with VBA and macros in Microsoft Excel
- Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in accounting or audit is considered a strong asset
- Willingness to travel internationally (US, UK, EU) as required
- Ability to support client requirements outside of normal business hours as needed
- Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

- Advise clients on best practices for data structure standardization, quality, and reuse
- Lead end-to-end data ETL processes from clients' ERP systems into MindBridge platforms
- Develop a deep understanding of ERP financial data models to automate complex ETL jobs
- Extract, format, and shape financial data for analysis and reporting
- Troubleshoot data issues, providing workarounds and permanent solutions
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation, including data requirements, process diagrams, and mappings
- Design data pipelines for internal analytics, management reports,



and dashboards
- Stay updated on new product features and serve as a product expert in data ingestion
- Provide feedback to influence product development based on client needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, support, product management, development, and data science teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Participate in roadmap discussions, providing insights from a data expertise perspective to ensure quality testing and future feature integration
