We're looking for a Senior Backend Platform Engineer with strong Python development experience and a solid background in building cloud-native applications, microservices, and REST APIs. Experience developing Snowflake-native applications is an important part of the role.

? Must-Have Skills

✅ 10+ years of Backend Engineering experience

✅ Python (FastAPI) & Microservices

✅ REST APIs & OpenAPI/Swagger

✅ SQL (Snowflake & PostgreSQL)

✅ Snowflake (Snowpark, Stored Procedures, Tasks, Streams & Energetic Tables)

✅ Docker, Git & CI/CD

✅ AWS, Azure, or GCP

✅ Strong ownership of end-to-end feature delivery

⭐ Nice to Have

- Payments or FinTech experience
- OAuth2, JWT & Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Pydantic & Async Python
- Backend Platform Engineering experience

? What You'll Do
- Build scalable backend services using Python & FastAPI
- Design and deploy cloud-native microservices




- Develop Snowflake-native applications and backend processing engines
- Design secure, versioned REST APIs
- Deliver production-ready features from design through deployment
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams

? Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of professional backend/platform engineering experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end
