Dental Assistant / Front Desk Hybrid

We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant/Administrator who enjoys working with people, and being part of a excellent team.

Our modern, patient-focused dental office is growing, and we’re looking for someone who is happy to work both in the front and in the back. A couple of days may be spent chairside assisting, while other days will have you at the front desk helping patients.

The position is 3–4 days per week, with the opportunity for more hours in the future if you’re interested.

Having Dentrix software knowledge — this is a MUST

What You’ll Do In the back:

- Assist the dentist with routine clinical procedures
- Prepare and turn over operatories
- Support sterilization and infection control
- Help keep the clinical day organized
- Provide a positive patient experience

At the front:

- Welcome and assist patients




- Manage appointments, confirmations, and recalls
- Answer phones and patient inquiries
- Coordinate insurance submissions and treatment estimates
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
