Job Summary

We operate a premium glacier bottled‑water brand EVERVAL in British Columbia. We are seeking a Deputy Plant Manager around 30 years old, with solid hands‑on experience of PET blow‑molding machines and complete bottling production lines. This role takes charge of plant daily production, equipment commissioning & optimization, safety and regulatory compliance including CSA SPE‑1000, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily production scheduling, shop‑floor operation, quality control and on‑site team management.
2. Commission, debug, troubleshoot PET blow molding machine, filling‑capping‑labelling line, ABB palletizing robot. Optimize line running efficiency, lower bottle reject rate.
3. Lead equipment rectification to meet CSA SPE‑1000, NSF food‑contact safety and BC local manufacturing safety requirements. Deal with local inspectors, electricians and equipment vendors.
4. Manage spare‑parts inventory, coordinate overseas & local equipment suppliers, support production‑line modification and upgrade projects.
5. Implement CIP cleaning, food‑hygiene standard, control production cost and continuous improvement.

Requirements
1.



Age around 30, Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineering.
2. Proven hands‑on working experience on PET blow‑molding and full bottled‑water production lines; familiar with blow‑molding parameter adjustment and on‑site fault solving.
3. Knowledge of 480V‑60Hz industrial power system, machine safety and beverage factory operation.
4. Working experience with CSA / NSF compliance assessment is a strong asset.
5. Functional English for technical communication with local contractors and authorities.
6. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen / PR / valid open work permit).
