About EnoLight

EnoLight is an architectural lighting company developing EnoSync, a digital platform designed to improve how lighting products are presented, specified, configured, and used in professional design projects.

We are looking for a recent graduate in Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field to support product documentation, visualization, website content, and digital product development.

Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and validate technical information for architectural lighting products.
- Prepare structured product specifications and content for website product pages and product databases.
- Support the preparation and updating of professional product specification sheets.
- Review product information and identify missing or inconsistent specifications.
- Prepare and update 2D CAD drawings, dimensional drawings, sections, and product details.
- Work with existing 3D models and prepare or modify them for product visualization.
- Create product renders, hero images, application images, and website gallery assets.
- Organize drawings, 3D models, spec sheets, installation documents, images, photometric files, and other product resources.
- Review completed product pages for accuracy, visual quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Support testing and improvement of EnoLight's digital product and specification workflows.

AI-Assisted Workflow

AI tools are an important part of this role. The successful candidate should be comfortable learning and using AI to improve productivity while maintaining strong human review and accuracy.

This may include

- Developing prompts for product visualization and image generation.
- Using drawings, dimensions, specifications,



models, and reference images to guide AI-generated visuals.
- Using AI to help extract, organize, and compare product information.
- Developing reusable prompts and workflows for recurring documentation and visualization tasks.
- Reviewing and validating AI-generated work against approved product information.

Sales & Customer Coordination

EnoLight is a growing, collaborative team where employees contribute across both project work and customer support.

The successful candidate should be comfortable assisting with product inquiries, supporting the sales team with technical and visual information, helping prepare product presentations or selections, and communicating professionally with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and other customers.

Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is considered an asset.

What We Are Looking For

- Recent graduate in Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related design or technical program.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, sections, and product details.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting software.
- Experience with SketchUp or another 3D modeling application.
- Experience creating product, architectural, or interior visualizations and renders.




- Working knowledge of Photoshop or comparable image-editing software.
- Robust visual judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with technical specifications and structured product information.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
- Interest in architectural lighting, product visualization, digital workflows, and AI tools.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned work and identify items requiring technical review.

Additional Assets

Experience with architectural lighting, specification sheets, technical documentation, product photography, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, product databases, website product content, AI tools, or sales/customer service is considered an advantage.

Position Details

Employment: Full-Time Youth Graduate Position

Location: Markham, Ontario

Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site — not remote or hybrid
