Duties

- Prepare a variety of desserts and sweet treats following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling featured items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and customer areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality food preparation




- Assist with food handling procedures to ensure freshness, safety, and adherence to sanitation standards

Experience

- Prior food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation protocols in the food industry
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling demonstrates reliability with money transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and order calculations
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
