The Diesel

Technician/ Sprinter Technician at Mercedes-Benz Langley plays akey role in delivering exceptional automotive service and customersatisfaction. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsiblefor performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance withmanufacturer guidelines, dealership policies, and warranty requirements. The Technician contributes to the overall success ofthe service department by maintaining high productivity,



ensuring accuratedocumentation, and supporting positive customer relationships through qualityworkmanship and timely communication.

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenanceaccording to repair orders, technical guidelines, and dealership standards. Road test all vehicles before and afterservicing to ensure repair accuracy and safety. Utilize protective seat covers and floor mats inevery customer vehicle.

Follow all manufacturer warranty procedures anddealership policies. Demonstrate a polite, professional, and customer ‑ focusedattitude.

Automotive

Technician certification orenrollment in an equivalent apprenticeship program (Red Seal an asset). Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding ofvehicle systems. Ability to read and interpret repair orders,technical bulletins, and manufacturer documentation. Effective communication and customer serviceskills.

Valid
