Collaboration | Accessibility | Respect | Excellence | Innovation | Quality Customer Service Dietary Aide LacDuBonnet Dietary Aide_99 Facility / Site: Lac du Bonnet PCH Posting Type: Casual Relief Position Type: Casual Hours of Work: Days Evenings Weekends Union Group: MGEU Facility Support Under the direction of the Manager, Support Services and Cook, the Dietary Aide performs the assigned duties related to the preparation and service of food to patients/ residents, staff, volunteers, Meals on Wheels, Supportive Housing, Adult Day, visitors, and catering and complies with standards, Policy and Procedures and Health regulations. Courteous and effective customer service is a critical component of this position.

The position of Dietary Aide functions in a manner consistent with, and supports the Mission, Vision and Values of the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority.

Valid Food Handlers

Certificate required. (Experience in a health care or commercial food service establishment.



Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English. Internal applicants must include a current resume with application uponchange of department, site, program and or classification.

As a condition of employment, all successful applicants will be required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check (with vulnerable sector screening), adult abuse and child abuse registry checks prior to commencing employment.
