Lenovo is seeking a Transition Manager to lead end-to-end Digital Workplace Solutions transitions from contract signing to steady-state delivery. You will coordinate with customers, delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with contractual commitments.

Successful candidates will bring extensive program management experience, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across multiple workstreams.
