Active Leaders of Love (ALL) is a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on strengthening communities, amplifying community voices and advancing positive social impact. Our Communications, Public Affairs & Community Relations function helps build trust, strengthen relationships and ensure ALL's programmes, advocacy and impact are communicated clearly, credibly and inclusively.

About the Role

Strengthen ALL's digital presence and help our stories, programmes and advocacy reach the audiences who matter. Working as part of our Communications, Public Affairs & Community Relations team, this is a hands-on volunteer leadership role with the prospect to help build a growing communications function.

What You'll Do

- Manage and strengthen ALL's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and other approved channels.
- Coordinate website content and updates.
- Support email and newsletter distribution.
- Adapt organizational content for different digital audiences and formats.
- Coordinate social publishing and online community engagement.
- Support digital campaigns around programmes, advocacy, recruitment and organizational milestones.
- Work with colleagues to improve website visibility and SEO.
- Monitor reach, engagement, audience behaviour and channel performance.
- Develop simple dashboards and performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience insights.




- Collaborate with Content & Storytelling and Creative & Brand to ensure an integrated approach.

What We're Looking For

You may have experience in digital communications, social media, digital marketing, website management, content distribution or related disciplines. You understand that successful digital communications goes beyond posting content - you think about audiences, channels, engagement, performance and continuous optimization. Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, website CMS platforms, email tools or digital analytics would be valuable.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret digital metrics, track campaign performance, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in Digital Strategy, including planning, executing, and refining multi-channel digital initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing practices, such as social media management, email marketing, content optimization, and audience engagement.
- Solid Project Management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, coordinate contributors, and deliver digital projects on schedule.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content and a commitment to inclusive communication.
- Experience with common digital tools (e.g., content management systems, social media platforms, analytics tools) is an asset.
