The Digital Operations
Manager plays a key role in advancing Bell Media’s digital advertising products. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in advertising innovation and viewability, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of new ad formats and technologies. Drive cross‑functional delivery, partnering with Product, Programming, and Engineering Teams from initial implementation through to a successful launch.
Oversee monetization validation across digital properties to ensure launch readiness. Monitor emerging industry tools and trends, recommending process improvements to continually enhance monetization strategies. 5+ years in Ad Operations, Business Operations, Project Management or Product Management within digital media. ~ University degree or equivalent in business, technology, marketing or related field. ~ Solid understanding of digital ad technology (e.g.
Strong knowledge of digital campaign KPIs and measurement methodologies (e.g. viewability). ~ Experience with web debugging tools (e.g., Able to manage multiple priorities in a rapid‑paced, results‑driven environment. ~ Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
Position Type: Management Temporary - Full time For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
