Studiothink • Be a Brand Rebel

Metro Vancouver

We wish we could write a normal, boring , but that’s not who we are. Our tagline is 'Be a Brand Rebel', so that should tell you something.

As our Digital Strategist you own the thinking behind how our clients show up and perform everywhere it counts, their website, their social channels, their ads, their AI presence. You collect and analyze data from social media, Google Ads, Google Analytics and AI ad platforms, dig into behaviour and pain points across all of it, then translate what you find into a transparent direction for our clients. You’re confident sharing that direction with a room of people, and even more confident defending it when someone pushes back.

This isn’t a design job and it’s not a developer job. You’re not the one pushing pixels in Figma or writing code, our designers and developers do that. What you own is the strategy underneath it, the goals a site or a campaign needs to hit, what a page needs to accomplish and why, before anyone opens a design file. If you get excited about how data across social, ads, search and web can shape what a business builds next, this is your role.

You read web behaviour, ad performance, and social data, and actually know what to do with all of it, and you know the difference between ranking, getting cited, and getting synthesized into an AI answer, because that distinction is going to define the next decade of this industry and most people haven’t caught up yet. You understand UX patterns and web capabilities well enough to own the wireframe strategy and write the goals that guide what gets built, and to know when what’s been built is right and when it isn’t.

Schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, bring it, none of it rattles you. You can see the big picture and never lose the details. Every client’s presence has to work across channels and across audiences at once, for the human scrolling or searching and the AI engine indexing,

and you take pride in holding all of it without dropping any piece.

Working closely with our team and reporting to our Director of Strategy, you’ll conduct research, present recommendations, review web and UX design work against the goals you’ve set, own the monthly reporting for our clients, and keep our client website checklists and internal launch checklists tight so nothing slips through the cracks.

You’re the thread that runs through marketing, design and development on every project, making sure what gets built actually matches what the data and the client need, not just what looks good. You’ll manage multiple accounts at once without sacrificing quality or thinking, and you’ve always got a pulse on where AI tools can sharpen the work, not slow it down.

Sharp analytical mind, deep UX instincts, and a skilled communicator who can talk to a client and a copywriter in the same afternoon. No biggie, right?

We don’t think this person will be easy to find, but we know you’re out there. If you’re looking for an agency you can truly get behind, with a team who has your back and gives you the flexibility and support you need in your life, this might just be the right place for you.
