Groupe Dynamite Inc. recherche un Gestionnaire principal·e GRC à Montréal pour diriger la stratégie multicanale (courriel, SMS, notifications) et encadrer l’équipe dédiée afin d’offrir des expériences client personnalisées et rentables.

Vous piloterez l’intégration IA et les tests, tout en gérant le budget et les indicateurs de performance. Le poste offre une opportunité de transformation digitale au sein d’un leader de la mode nord-américain, avec collaboration étroite avec les départements
