Sun Life Financial is seeking a Director, Advisor Recruitment to lead national advisor recruitment across Canada. Reporting to the AVP of Recruiting & Strategic Growth, you will guide a team of Recruitment Consultants, drive targets, and ensure effective conversion across the funnel.
