Infinity Experiences brings together artists, engineers, storytellers, and dreamers who believe in the power of immersion to transform our perception. If you are driven by curiosity and see possibilities where others see limits, there is a place for you on our team.

We specialize in large-scale virtual reality installations where audiences freely explore virtual worlds. Total digital immersion is merged with physical exploration to create spaces where technology, space, and storytelling converge—placing the public at the heart of the narrative.

We build the infrastructure that brings the most daring immersive visions to all audiences, transforming observers into active participants.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to design, structure, and steer the Group Sales, Partnerships, and Sponsorships department at Infinity Experiences, with the goal of building a center of excellence deployed across all our markets.

This is a unique chance to build a strategic function from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the methods, tools, and partnerships that support our growth while directly driving the commercial performance of the organization.

Acting as both a strategist and partnership development lead, you will play an active role in creating and closing deals with top-tier institutions and organizations (museums, space agencies, major corporations, tourism boards, etc.). You will also recruit, train, and mentor a team tasked with deploying this expertise across different markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively prospect companies and professional associations within direct target markets.

Manage the full sales cycle.

Develop modular corporate packages (team building, client events, private buyouts, conferences) and market-segmented offerings.

2. Visibility Partnerships

Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships across existing categories: discount sales (Groupon, EBG), bundles, media, and visibility (tourism boards, museums, chambers of commerce).

Coordinate with marketing to ensure every partnership includes a measurable conversion component (promo codes, trackable links) alongside visibility.

3. Sponsorship Sourcing and Management

Actively identify and solicit new annual or production-specific sponsors by building a standardized sales pitch (audience, visibility offered, impact) reusable across markets.

Negotiate sponsorship agreements (value, duration, perks: tickets, on-site visibility, inclusion in communications)

and handle contract tracking and renewals.

Build a structured sponsorship pipeline and industry-specific sales pitches (aerospace, technology, financial institutions, education) rather than relying on one-off opportunities.

Establish an annual sponsorship revenue target per market and report on performance alongside group sales.

4. Team Supervision and Leadership

Hire and manage Group Sales/Partnership Leads in each market (new hires in Toronto and EXP Rosemont, existing touring staff), including onboarding, training, and performance tracking.

Standardize the sales process and tracking tools (sales funnel, proposal templates, pitch decks) to ensure every market uses the same methodology and KPIs.

Set quarterly targets per market and per sales lead based on established metrics: outreach volume, response rates, meetings secured, confirmed groups, and average deal size.

Consolidate monthly reporting (reach, conversions, ROI per partnership and market) for executive management.

Identify additional staffing needs as new markets open and participate in the hiring process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum Experience: 5 to 8 years in B2B2C business development, including experience managing or supervising a sales team.

SKILLS AND PROFILE

Proven track record in sponsorship acquisition (prospecting, pitch creation, negotiation, contract management).

Strong comfort level with cold outreach and negotiating trade/low-budget partnerships.

Ability to structure a sales process and deploy it across multiple markets simultaneously.

Willingness to travel occasionally to supervised markets.

Existing network in at least one relevant sector (tourism, education, aerospace/tech, event planning) is a strong asset.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At PHI we value diversity and encourage, in particular, Indigenous people, Black, racialized, deaf people, people with disabilities, members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and people of diverse gender identities, to apply to PHI and live their uniqueness to the full whatever their ancestry, origin, identity characteristics or form of self-expression.

HR and managers involved in recruitment are committed to doing their utmost to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace, where systemic racism, prejudice and discrimination are not tolerated.

Grow at PHI

At PHI, there's always room to grow.

We support the careers of our employees and love it when we can offer new opportunities to our teams.

Hybrid work environment

We allow our employees to perform most tasks remotely from home. We encourage PHI's common spaces to be used as a gathering place that fosters creativity and teamwork—rather than as an office.

Physical activity has many benefits for the body and mind, which is why PHI offers its employees an allowance to contribute to the expenses of physical activities (materials, registration fees, events, etc).

Vacation and time off

We understand that our employees need time to recharge, which is why we offer paid time off for vacations, personal days and sick days.

Insurance

Employees benefit from a comprehensive group insurance plan that offers life insurance, critical illness, healthcare benefits and more. Virtual care and telemedicine services also included.

Group RRSP

Employees can choose to join our group retirement savings plan, which gives them access to low management fees and tools that’ll help them achieve their financial goals.

Our values

Commitment

Art and culture are essential pillars in maintaining a healthy and sustainable society. Our teams are invested in enacting PHI's mission and vision on a daily basis. As a result, we are committed to sharing and encouraging the work of artists and defending their questions and explorations that reflect our collective reality.

By joining forces, we create value for us all. Every voice and every talent contributes to enriching PHI. We offer space for dialogue, exchange and experimentation that encourages active participation. Our strength lies in our approach, working in concert with artists, innovative minds and institutions from around the world.

Avant-garde

We embrace novelty, experimentation and pioneering spirit. PHI is a laboratory where new ideas take shape, where artists push beyond their own limits and where innovation is encouraged. Looking to the future, we are committed to listening to the voices of creators and our collaborators, offering them a space for expression and reflection.

Integrity

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and honesty in everything we do. In harmony with our values and mission, we strive to act collectively with transparency and accountability with our colleagues, artists, public, and communities at large. We strive to build a culture of trust by fostering responsiveness and humility.

Caring

Above all, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels heard and supported, defending best practices in equity, diversity, accessibility and inclusion. We actively seek to eliminate barriers that prevent full participation in our activities, prioritizing empathy and respect in all our interactions.
