Kipling Group Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Accounting, Multi-Family to lead the accounting and financial reporting for its multi-family residential portfolio.

You will oversee a team, ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Tax and Executive Leadership. You will drive monthly/quarterly/annual statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and system improvements, leveraging Yardi to optimize processes in a rapid-paced real estate
