This senior commercial leadership role requires expertise in change management, risk assessment, and claims negotiation within a Joint Venture setting. You will collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure commercial risks are mitigated and contractual rights are maintained. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement change management frameworks
- Manage claims strategies and preserve entitlement
- Oversee project change registers and reporting tools
- Collaborate with teams on schedule and cost evaluations
- Provide leadership in dispute resolution strategies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 15 years in commercial management
- Proven experience in claims and contractual negotiations
- Familiarity with Joint Venture project frameworks
