You will engage with brokers, developers, and lenders while managing a robust deal pipeline that aligns with our diverse asset classes and geographic focus. Your contributions will drive significant revenue growth through effective relationship building and strategic deal structuring. Key Responsibilities:

- Source and close commercial mortgage opportunities over $2M




- Build and execute territory plans for growing deal flow
- Develop a strong pipeline of borrowers and sponsors
- Represent Attivo at industry events for networking
- Negotiate terms and manage deals throughout the lifecycle Requirements:
- 5–7 years in commercial mortgage origination
- Established relationships in Canadian real estate
- Sub-mortgage broker eligibility in BC or equivalent
- Robust understanding of mortgage products and structuring
