Lead financial excellence at YVR as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Drive strategic decision-making through effective forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This permanent, full time role is critical to YVR's Finance Department, reporting to the VP of Finance and CFO.

You will lead an FP&A; team, advising senior leadership and aligning financial goals with business priorities. Your expertise in financial models and analytics will support data-driven decisions while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the FP&A; team for high performance
- Advise senior leaders with actionable insights for decisions
- Align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Develop financial models for scenario analysis Requirements:
- 10 years in FP&A; or corporate finance
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- CPA designation required
- Experience with IFRS and ASPE
