Lead sustainability initiatives and infrastructure management at Victoria University as the Director of Infrastructure and Sustainability Management. Your expertise will enhance safety, reliability, and environmental stewardship across campus facilities. In this full time, in-person role, you will report to the Associate CAO of Infrastructure, Sustainability and Capital Planning.

Your experience will guide strategic leadership of facilities operations, energy management, and asset management. Ensure compliance with legislation while implementing long-term lifecycle strategies for the University's buildings and utilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee building operations and maintenance effectively
- Lead capital renewal planning and sustainability projects




- Manage operating budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and contractors Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in infrastructure and asset management
- 5 years in leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Professional Engineer or Architect registration required
- Experience with sustainability practices preferred
