Director of Sales - SaaS, POS, Payments, Retail

Full time/permanent position

This is a Director of Sales position with a global organization based out of their Canadian head office in Mississauga, ON (very close to the airport).

This position requires regular travel, 2 -3 times per quarter to client and head office locations in Canada and the United States.

***Candidates must be comfortable with travel.

Desired experience:

- Years of progressive B2B sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, POS, payments or retail technology

- Proven success developing and strengthening strategic account management programs and processes

- Solid commercial acumen across account planning, opportunity management, negotiation, forecasting, and complex sales cycles.

- Exceptional cross-functional influence and collaboration skills, with the ability to align Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams without direct authority.

Base salary in the $165,000 - $175,000 range

- +sales incentive plan in addition to the base salary

- +Pension plan
