Job Summary

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher and Kitchen Helper! Duties

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients under supervision
- Support kitchen staff with routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and waste disposal
- Ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are sanitized and stored correctly for easy access during service hours
- Help maintain cleanliness in dining areas by clearing tables and assisting with setup or breakdown as needed
- Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!

- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks comfortably
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support busy kitchen operations
- Basic knowledge of food preparation or cooking techniques is a plus but not mandatory
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience can be advantageous for understanding hospitality standards
